Course Description

Maximizing your Leadership Potential (MLP) is an immersive, feedback-rich development experience designed to help front-line managers of people and projects shift from an individual contributor mindset to a leadership versatility mindset, leveraging the skills needed to manage, coach, and lead.

Who should register for this course?

  • Front-line managers; experienced managers and supervisors of people and projects; high-potentials who are preparing to advance to the next level.

Learning Objectives

As a result of this program, managers will be able to:

  • Understand how their personality impacts their work with others and become more intentional about when and how to flex their style.
  • Deliver and receive feedback to improve leadership versatility and align intentions with impact.
  • Increase their effectiveness in leading performance conversations to resolve conflicts and increase productivity.
  • Coach others to unlock potential and develop new capabilities for long term success.
  • Use CCL’s Direction-Alignment-Commitment framework as a tool to diagnose leadership outcomes and influence greater capacity for leadership in their teams and the organization.
