Course Description
The Effective Leader (TEL) is a personalized online experience that addresses the skills that are critical for success today. Participants learn how to lead virtual teams, techniques to increase resiliency, a comprehensive understanding of their strengths and development opportunities as a leader, and skills for solving complex challenges.
- The Effective Leader focuses on five critical areas to help leaders manage organizational complexity:
- Self-awareness: Has an accurate picture of self and seeks feedback to improve.
- Learning Agility: Seeks opportunities to learn and solve complex challenges both virtually and within the organization.
- Communication: Encourages and models effective communication across groups and levels in the organization. Collaboration: Works together with peers to understand how various parts of the organization function.
- Resiliency: Handles stress, uncertainty, and setbacks well.
Who should register for this course?
- Mid-level leaders who lead other managers; operational, group or department managers; or leaders who work up, down and across the organization.
