Course Description

The Leadership Development Program (LDP)® is designed for mid- to senior-level leaders of managers who find themselves leading from the middle layer of the organization. LDP®, CCL’s flagship program, is the longest-running program of its kind in the world. It is built around six factors vital to the success of middle managers: influence, communication, thinking and acting systemically, self-awareness, resiliency, and learning agility.

Who should register for this course?

  • Experienced managers who lead other managers and senior professionals; Operational, group or departmental managers; or leaders who work up, down and across the organization.

Learning Objectives

As a result of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Bridge the gap between senior management and the front line.
  • Lead across organizational or geographical boundaries.
  • Learn the art of collaboration.
  • Solve complicated problems & take wise action in complex, rapidly changing world.
