Leadership at the Peak (LAP) is an intensive, highly personalized, and transformational experience built around recognizing that it is different at the top. The decisions that senior executives make impact the entire organization, which can be a powerful and often humbling experience. As a senior executive, it is essential to develop a keen insight for what’s working, what’s not, and what you need to do in order to ensure a successful future, for both your organization and yourself.
Who should register for this course?
- C-level and senior executives in the top two tiers of an organization with more than 15 years of experience and leadership responsibility for 500+ people.
Learning Objectives
As a result of this program, participants will be able to:
- Discern through a holistic perspective what is currently working well and what is not. Learn techniques to increase versatility and flexibility as a leader.
- Compare their leadership effectiveness to that of a highly successful peer group.
- Create solutions to incorporate a healthy lifestyle into their leadership toolbox.
- Design strategies for increasing their influence and ability to drive organizational results.
