Course Description

CCL’s proven research indicates that leadership is a collaborative process and teams perform best when the group has shared Direction, Alignment, and Commitment (DAC). The program enables leaders to develop DAC in the ongoing performance of their work.

  • Suitable for individual contributors and leaders at all levels.

Learning Objectives

As a result of this course, participants will learn how to:

  • Understand what collaborative leadership means and when is it most effective.
  • Assess the presence, or absence, of direction, alignment, and commitment on your own teams.
  • Explore what shared direction really means and how you create it.
  • Develop strategies for promoting stronger alignment.
  • Identify what inspires commitment and what prevents commitment.
