CCL8019X - Virtual Leadership
Course Description
With the growing globalization and technology, a swath of the global workforce is setting up shop to work from home. Teams need a strategy for thinking differently, communicating digitally, and making sure people feel included and connected in order to effectively manage their people and projects remotely. Most people who have worked remotely can attest that while virtual teamwork has its pros, it can also be challenging. This virtual session is designed to help leaders develop a new mindset, skillset, and tool kit to hold more complexity and ambiguity and navigate the new virtual landscape with greater effectiveness.
