This intermediate course is designed to give participants a full understanding of nutrition's role in mental health and well-being throughout different stages of life. It will cover the impact of diet and nutrition on mental health from infancy through old age, emphasizing the unique nutritional needs and challenges faced at each life stage. The course will also explore evidence-based strategies to integrate nutritional psychology into clinical practice across the lifespan. This course is designed for mental health professionals, but can benefit all forms of audiences.

Requirements to Enroll
