Course Description
This collection of easy-to-follow and practical videos, produced by Agile Transformation, illustrates the concepts, skills, and best practices Agile practitioners can use to help teams mature into high performing entities. The 17 videos in the series explain how improving leadership skills and team capability enhances team interactions and their ability to deliver value to stakeholders. Students learn how to help teams self-organize, resolve conflicts, and trust each other, enhancing the team's work habits and propelling them to the next level of performance.

After completing this course, you should be able to:
