Course Description

Prior Learning Credit
The Professional Certificate in Instructional Design serves as a valuable credential that complements your educational path, offering the potential to earn academic credits for prior learning that can be applied to a wide range of undergraduate and graduate degree programs at National University. Requirements to Enroll
All learners are eligible to enroll in EID5001X: Professional Certificate in Instructional Design. There are no admissions requirements. It is recommended that learners have a high school diploma or GED
Estimated Time to Completion
The Professional Certificate in Instructional Design can be completed in 1 month or in about 30 days.
Access Time
Learners will have access to their certificate learning modules for up to 2 months from the date of their enrollment.
Certificate of Completion
After successful completion of all 5 units, learners will be awarded an official National University Workforce Education Solutions Professional and Continuing Education Certificate of Completion.
How to Access My Course
After enrollment allow up to 24 hours for the system to process and for the course to appear in Brightspace. Follow the steps below:
- Log in to your student portal at westraining.nu.edu
- Click 'Brightspace LMS' on the left-hand navigation bar
- Under My Courses click on the course title
